This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Tribes Mind Shop are processed, shipped, and delivered. We are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for all customers.

1. Shipping Coverage

Tribes Mind Shop ships to Italy and to countries within the European Union, depending on product availability and shipping eligibility at checkout.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout, including home, office, or other valid physical addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned parcels.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours after purchase confirmation. During peak promotions, holidays, seasonal events, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 72 business hours.

Delivery times shown on the website or at checkout are average estimates provided by courier services and may vary depending on destination, logistics, weather, local disruptions, and product availability.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may also be confirmed in the order confirmation email.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, product type, size of the parcel, and any active promotional conditions.

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed before the order is finalized.
  • Any promotional shipping conditions will be specified on the product page or offer page, where applicable.
  • Additional surcharges for remote areas or special logistics services, if any, will be displayed before payment confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation and Shipment Tracking

After completing an order, the customer will generally receive:

  • An order confirmation email containing the purchase summary
  • A second email or shipping notification once the order has been dispatched, including the tracking code and, where available, the courier tracking link

If you do not receive these communications, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder before contacting support.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected countries or for specific offers only. Where available, this payment method will be shown during checkout.

If Cash on Delivery is selected, payment must be made according to the methods accepted by the courier at the time of delivery.

6. Returns, Refused Packages and Refunds

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Full name used for the order
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

General return conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Tribes Mind Shop.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • If return shipping is prepaid by Tribes Mind Shop, the related amount may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
  • Using a tracked shipping service is strongly recommended, especially for higher-value items.
  • Tribes Mind Shop is not responsible for return parcels lost, damaged, or undelivered without valid proof of shipment and delivery.

7. Delivery Issues or Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to:

  • Photos of the outer packaging, if available

After reviewing the case, Tribes Mind Shop may offer one of the following solutions, where appropriate:

  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
